Wedding Flower Policy
Your choice of wedding flowers is one of the most important choices you will probably ever have to make. You will be tempted by enormous choice of varieties and colours and, as our portfolio will reveal, we can work your flowers into any style to suit the ambience of your celebration. Your wedding flowers represent your very own personal style and it is important to take time to choose exactly the right flowers to complement your bridal gown and your celebration. At Tranplicity we realise that each wedding is unique and we like to take the time to get to know you in order to discover your passions and tastes and to work with you to create a floral decoration that is perfect for you.
We invite all our brides to make an appointment to view our portfolios and magazines so we can build up an initial quotation for your wedding flowers. We work to all kinds of budgets and can accommodate everything from lavish ceremonies to more simple celebrations. Please don't despair if you do not have a huge budget as we can usually suggest simple and elegant ideas using seasonal flowers. Very often after our initial quotation has been accepted and you have decided to appoint Tranplicity, we will suggest several meetings.
A deposit will be taken in order for your wedding to be placed in the diary.
Full payment for weddings is to be paid 1 Full Calendar Month before the wedding day.
Cancellation Policy
Only order amendments or cancellations which are given at least 2 working days before the intended delivery date may be accepted. Orders placed or cancelled on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays will be treated as having been received on the following working day. To cancel orders, please call 01226 749797, if a deposit has been made, unfortunately this will be lost.
You are entitled to cancel any payment at any time where fraudulent use has been made of your credit or debit card by another person not acting on behalf of you or as your agent and to be re-credited by us to the extent that such sums are not reimbursed by the card issuer in such circumstances.
Personal Messages
You must agree that any messages posted by you on your card or sent by us on your behalf to a third party will not contain anything which could be construed as harassing, threatening, vulgar, abusive, obscene, deformatory, racist or which may cause embarrassment or distress to any person or are otherwise unlawful or objectionable.
Tranplicity accept no responsibility for errors or defects on messages.
Customer services
Because of the perishable nature, flowers are non-returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you are not completely satisfied with your bouquet, please call Tranplicity on 01226 749797.
In order for us to resolve any complaints quickly and to our mutual satisfaction, we advise you to make any complaint within 1 day of the date of delivery or intended delivery of your purchase.

Whilst we agree to use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Website and/or the Services are fully operational and error-free we cannot guarantee this and, therefore, accept no responsibility for any defects and/or interruption of the Website or Services and shall be released from our obligations under these Terms and Conditions in the event of any cause beyond our reasonable control which renders the provision of the Website and/or the Service impossible or impractical.

Tranplicity offer various ways for you to pay for your orders.

Tranplicity realise how important it is to you that your payment details are kept safe and secure, you can therefore rest assured that we take the privacy and security of your payment and personal details very seriously. After your purchase transaction is complete, we do not store or retail your card details anywhere on our systems & all receipts are cross shredded for yours and our safety.
